All items are handmade with care in our family-run shop.
Most orders will be processed within 7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Custom orders (such as personalized photo magnets or ornaments) require you to provide a high-quality image.
Please review your image carefully before submitting. We are not responsible for low-resolution or blurry photos.
A Wild Hoot Printing makes no edits to uploaded content and assumes all customers have permission, licensing, or rights to the images submitted. A Wild Hoot Printing is not responsible for any accidental infringement or unauthorized use of material or artwork.

We currently ship within the United States from NE Florida.
Orders are shipped via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail, depending on size/weight).
Shipping upgrades may be available at checkout.
A Wild Hoot Printing is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Because these are personalized items, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Custom orders may only be canceled before work has begun. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
