Orders

  • All items are handmade with care in our family-run shop.
  • Most orders will be processed within 7 business days. 
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Custom Work

  • Custom orders (such as personalized photo magnets or ornaments) require you to provide a high-quality image.
  • Please review your image carefully before submitting. We are not responsible for low-resolution or blurry photos.
  • A Wild Hoot Printing makes no edits to uploaded content and assumes all customers have permission, licensing, or rights to the images submitted. A Wild Hoot Printing is not responsible for any accidental infringement or unauthorized use of material or artwork. 

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States from NE Florida.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail, depending on size/weight).
  • Shipping upgrades may be available at checkout.
  • A Wild Hoot Printing is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Because these are personalized items, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

  • Custom orders may only be canceled before work has begun. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
